A: PCB order: Please provide Gerber File and manufacturing specifications.
B:PCBA order: Please provide Gerber File, Manufacturing specification, BOM list .
Q3:Are my PCB files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
A: We respect customer's copyright and will never manufacture PCB for someone else with yourfiles unless we receive written.permission from you, nor we'll share these files with any other 3rd parties.
Q4:No PCB file/Gbr file, only have the PCB sample,can you produce it for me?
A: Yes,we could help you to clone the PCB. Just send the sample PCB to us, we could clone the PCB design and work out it.
Q5: How about the delivery?
A:Normally, for sample order, our delivery is about 5-7 days.
For small batch, our delivery is about 7-10 days.
For mass production batch, our delivery is about 10-15 days.
The delivery that depends on the real condition when we get your order.
Q6:What payment do you accept ?
A: For sample order or small batch, we suggest you to use Pay-pal and Western Union. For mass production batch, we suggest you to use T/T.
Q7:How to get the PCBs?
A: For small quantity, we will use express such as DHL, UPS, FED, TNT to send the goods. For mass production batch, we will use sea transportation for you.
