Performance and Characteristics

This nonwoven fabric laminating machine making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene &polyethylene at melting status, the machine can laminate varies material to nonwoven fabric, PP woven paper PE foam,for instance CPP film OPP film BOPP film,Alumiun foil etc.Through cut-off and the extruder with helical gear reducer of 20CrMoAIA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation.

The double-die can do single or double-face coating, width of coating& laminating can be regulated, and stepless speed regalation in to control coating thickness and laminating speed, 6 wind-up station for material feeding. The gas-liquid edge correcting for rewinder assures the accuracy of coating. Pneumatic roller can assure even pressure. Automatic edgecutting, edge-blowing, cutting-off and winding devices are applied.
