In the first step Pet Preform is prepared according to your requirements which include-

2. The volume of the bottle

3. Neck diameter of the bottle 

4. Colour of the bottle

5. Neck type - pco, ropp, tst, ctc etc.

6. packaging material   

 Second Step

we do not have to spend on molding but if you have a particular design in mind we will have to make a mold which will add to the cost.

1) Can we customize the shape/volume?

yes, we can open a mold according to the specifications/design provided by you and help you in doing the same.

2) Can we customize the color?

Yes, we can do color match by Pantone number or your samples, customized color is ok.

3) Can we get your free samples?

Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm the order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.

4) Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

5) What is the normal lead time?

For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 working days after we receive your 50% deposit.

6) What is your payment term?

T/T. 50% deposit, balance 50% BEFORE dispatch.

7) What is your shipping way?

We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

8) How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do a random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

Dispatch time: with 2-3 days for MOQ after        prepayment /confirm/ied

Payment terms: 50% deposit T/T before             production,the balance before shipping.
