Pasteurization uses the characteristics of bacteria that are not very heat-resistant, and treats them with appropriate temperature and holding time to kill them all.
However, after pasteurization, a small part of harmless, beneficial, more heat-resistant bacteria or bacteria spores still exist.
In food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other industries, water bath sterilization is required for some packaged products.
The packaged products can be placed on the adjustable-speed stainless steel mesh belt, under the transportation of the conveyor belt, the products will enter the sterilization box sequentially, then are sterilized by"high-temperature water as the medium", entering inside the cooling box by the conveyor belt of transportation to get the product cooled averagely so that to meet the requirement of product sterilization.
This series of equipment runs continuously, and the sterilized packaged products are continuously sent to the next production process.
Temperature and speed can be set according to process requirements, the equipment has many advantages, like smooth running, high strength of stainless steel mesh belt, small elasticity, not easy to be deformed, and easy to maintain.
