Brief Introduciton

1. low energy consumption, High Productivity:Compared with cement production, gypsum board production can save 78% of the energy source. Less investment and mass production, the capacity can be 40 million square meters. 

 2. Lightness:use the gypsum board as interior wall, the weight is 1/15 of the same thickness of brick wall,1/10 of the gypsum block wall. It is seismic structure and save cost.

 3. Thermal Insulation:because of the porous structure, gypsum board’s thermal conductivity is 0.16W/(M.K), compared with sand-lime brick(1.1W/(M.K)), it has an obvious advantage.

4. Fire performance:the gypsum is uninflammable and will absorb heat when meeting fire. It delays the rise of surrounding temperature, so it is fire-resistant. The maximum fire resistance can be 4 hours.

5.Sound insulation performance:The unique hollow space can improve the insulation performance.

6.Decoration performance:The surface is smooth and can be directly decorated.

7. Construction Performance:The scissor is enough to cut the gypsum board. It is easy to operate and improve the production efficiency.

8. Comfortable Resident Function:the gypsum board can regulate Indoor Humidity thus it makes resident comfortable.

9. Green:gypsum board adopts the natural gypsum and paper as its raw material. It does not contain harmful asbestos(most Calcium Silicate Board and fiber cement board contain asbestos).

10. Save space:use the gypsum board as internal wall, the minimum thickness can be 74mm. It guarantees the wall sound-absorption and fire resistance.
