T4lighting mainly processes metal (in stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, etc.) using the spin forming technique-a method that dates back to ancient times. In the spin forming process, a metal disk is gradually deformed using a special tool. China's metal spinning technology has been developing for nearly forty years, and the design and manufacturing capability of the spinning machine is very strong. Even though modern machine tools have made enormous progress, the spin forming process has properties and involves concepts that cannot be duplicated (or can only be partially duplicated) on equipment which perform every operation automatically and without the need for human intervention. Until now the largest aluminum spinning part we have produced is a part with a diameter of 1500mm and a thickness of 3.5mm.We also provide brushed, polishing, sand blasting, oxidation, spray powder, spray paint, electroplating, PVD and other surface treatment.

A:Tooling time is 20-25 days after full tool payment.Sampling time will be 3-8 days after tool are ready. Bulk production will be 25-35 days depend on order quantity and surface treatment requirement.
