Malt Extract for brewing beer
Malt extract is made of from the stuff of malt, extracted by biologic technology, and dried by belt vacuum drier.
Malt extract is rich of maltose, glucose, fructose, small molecule peptide, various vitamins and microelements, with pure, rich and pleasant malt flavor and good processing characteristics. All the stuffs meet with the green food standard, so malt extract is natural, safe and healthy food.
Dried Malt Extract:
Appearance: light yellow to tan powder, free from foreign matter, allow a litter macula which is can be ground up after dissolving. Its natural phenomenon of a litter deposition after dissolving of the samples.
Odor: pleasant and characteristically malty flavor.
Taste: mild sweet taste with malt flavor, free from foreign flavors Outer.

Retention period: 12 months store in common temperature.
