CF High Vacuum Fittings and Flanges

1.Consist of two identical flanges with a flat gasket made of oxygen free copper, bolts and nuts. Because the applications are UHV environments, so the preparation work is very import before installation. Surface cleaning guarantees the lowest possible outgassing and leak rates.
2. Offered in both rotatable and non-rotatable versions with through holes and tapped bolt holes.
3. The standard size for CF flange fittings are CF-16, CF-35, CF-50, CF-63, CF-100, CF160, CF-200 and CF-250

1.The components of ISO universal flange system are defined by the International Standards Organization(ISO). The construction of ISO flange series includes two smooth-faced sexless flanges clamped together with a combination metal centering ring and O-ring between them.
2. There are 4 Ways to Connect ISO flanges. Double claw clamp connect ISO-K to ISO-K; Bolts and nuts connect ISO-F to ISO-F; Bolts and nuts connect ISO-F to ISO-K use a rotatable bolt ring; Single claw clamp connect ISO-K to ISO-F (tapped).
