Q1: What's your lead time?
A: Standard product, lead time is 7~15 days; For customized product lead time is 10~30 days.

BOREE Lead Time Policy: 

1 day later than promised time, customer get 0.5% of whole order amount: 1 week later then 2% pelnalty, up to 5%.

Q2: Can I get sample ?
A: sample is available if customer request

Q3: what's the sample charge?
A : Standard product sample without logo, sample free;
      Customized sample will be charged according to design, sample fee refund to customer if place order; 

      Sample express fee will be paid customers.

Q4: What is your MOQ ?
A: Standard product MOQ is 120 pcs(4 cartons). Customized product MOQ is 300 pcs.

Q5: Can you print our logo on the product and the packing bags?
A: Yes, we can print your logo on products and packing. And we have design team to support customer.

Q6: how to set up air lounger?
A: We have instruction pictures and video, and instrution sheet for production is available if you requested.

Q7: Can I get the cargo at my port?
A:Yes, we can provide CIF service for customers, customers pick up cargo at discharge port.
