The HB have the strong inhibited effect for the bacteria , yeast and mildew.it have the wonderful thermal stability , antisepsis bility can’t be affected by PH value.
After reduce the effect of the thermal food processes, or reduce the sterilization temperature, or reduce the germicide time, this product still has good sterilizing effect. Thereby, it has good effect to improve the food quality. It has the advantage of keeping the shelf time(antisepsis and fresh) and it doesn't affect the flavor of the food.
This product is widely applied to the neutral or subacid food, for example, bread, cake, moon cake, stuffing, pickles, cheese, cream, milk wine, preserved beancurd, the product of the flesh of the fish, foodstuffs, fodder.
