Guangdong Wuling Wollastonite Co., Ltd, is a newly established enterprise with total investment of RMB 150 million Yuan and located in Longping Town,Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province, China covering an area of about 165 mu with abundant mineral resources around. We carry out scientific cooperation with South China University of Technology to set up a joint laboratory and construct the plant in compliance with the standards of the exemplary national high-tech industrialization projects.
Our production line which can produce 200,000 tons of wollastonite products per year has gone into operation. Our main products include 60-425 mesh coarse fiber wollastonites, 60-1500 mesh unltrafine fiber wollastonites, modification series for modified plastics and rubber, general wollastonite powder for glaze and metallurgical use and ultra pure wollastonites for halogen-free flame retardant industry, among which Wuling Company’s processing techniques of wollastonite particle and acicular powder have achieved the most advanced level in China.

Wollastonite acicular powder is widely applied in the fields of abrasive material industry,construction industry,ceramics industry.

Applied in the fileds of abrasive material industry
As it's applied in the abrasive materials,it can improve the stability of abrasive materials,reduce or terminate cracking,dramatically strengthrubbing resistance of finished products and improve the mechanic properties.

Applied in the fileds of construction industry
It can replace other similar construction materials that are harmful to health with its advantage such as non-toxicity,no ador and zero radioactivity.The construction material products added with wollastonite acicular powder such as calcium silicate board and fire-proof have great improvement on the mechanic properties such as impact resistance,bend resistance and abrasion resistance.It also can be applicable to white cement and building putty.

It can be reduce the firing temperature,shorten firing time,achieve fast one-time low-temperature calcinations,save a lot of fuel,and meanwhile,it can improve the mechanic properties of and reduce the probability of rupture,crack,breakage,warp and enamel defects.It can strength the greenware strength,reduce the product weight,increase enamel luster,decrease viscosity of enamel soil,dramatically reduce the cost andimprove the quality and yield of ceramic products.
