Ceramsite Production Equipment

(2) Fly ash or other power as raw material slurry into a ball technology, the process is: Ash->mixed smoothing->ceramic pot granulation->baking->colling->finished.
(3) Shale, clay shale and coal waste as raw material into a ball grinding process, the process is: Shale -> Drying -> grinding -> Pre-wetting -> ceramic pot granulation - > baking -> cooling -> ceramic products
(4) Shale as raw material, crushing (dry) process, the process is: Shale -> broken Classification -> baking -> cooling -> ceramic products.
