1. Where is your factory and your main office?

Our main factory is located in Quanzhou city ,China. Our main office is located in Singapore.

2. What's your payment term?
Our payment term is 30% to 50% deposit and the subsequent balance to be paid before shipment.
Payment Method includes: T/T and Western Union.

3. What`s your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is normally 50pcs per design per color for backpacks and 100 pieces for sling bags / pouches.

4. What's your main market?
Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei.

5. How much for sampling?
Normally, sample charge is $100/pc for existing designs and between $150 - $200/ea for customized design. If customization is required, we need to double confirm once we have received your sample specification. We can return you the sample fee when you place a confirmed bulk order.

6. How many days for sampling?

If raw materials are in stock in our factory, it takes 15~18 days for standard bags and 11 to 14 days for smaller bags / pouches after the sample charge is paid.

7. How many days for production?
It takes about 45-55days after we received your deposit and sample /confirm/iation.

8. Can I put my own logo on products?
Sure, customers` logo can be printed, embroidered on the surface or made into a rubber logo which is then sewn onto the surface of the bag.

9. Will I pay extra for the addition of our customized logo ?
Yes, there will be extra charges depending on your logo style, size and complexity. If you order bags with our Soldiertalk logo on it, you do not have to pay any additional fees.

10. If I have my own unique design, do you have any professionals to design according to my concept?

Yes our design team is willing to analyze your design and produce it for you if it is possible. You will need to pay a sample fee to us for the initial sample.
