15T Titanium Single Speed Cog
We are using premium aerospace titanium alloy (Grade 5 - Ti6Al4V) to make the sprockes, with fine surface quality and precision, and great performance as well.
Samples, CAD drawings or 3D models shall be required to make a quote for the sprocket.

Manufacture Processes
- Cut sprocket blanks from certified titanium forged bars
- CNC maching of the sproket profile and threads
- Grinding the surface to the final dimensions
- Dimensional and positional tolerance inspections
