     A: 30% deposit, 70% T/T against B/L.

(1). Q: Can we get samples?

       A: Sure, pls kindly let us know the item number. And pls kindly advise your DHL or any other Express account, freight will be paid by collect.

          Usually, samples will be free of charge, but if the quantity was too much (more than 30 pcs), we'll charge the sample cost. Anyway,we'll still give you discount on the samples if any.

(2). Q: What if we don't have Express account ?

       A: We can pre-paid the freight.

            First, we'll check the freight and confirm with you.

            Second, your term remit the payment to our account.

            At last, the samples will be delivered upon receipt of payment.

            BTW, you can also ask your forwarder to contact us, to arrange sample collection.

(3). Q: How long it takes for preparing samples?

       A: Usually, it takes 2-5 days, depends on sample quantity.
