Q: Where is your factory?
A: We are near Songxia umbrella city, Shangyu, Zhejiang province, China, close to Hangzhou, Ningbo and Shanghai.

Q: How many workers are there in your factory? And how is your factory?
A: We have workers 50-100, and have around 2000m2 for manufacturing.

Q: How about shipment?
A: By sea, by air, or by international express as per your needs, and will inform you pricing accordingly.

Q: How about production?
A: Usually around 25days, according to quantity, materials and factory schedule.

Q: How about payment?
A: Commonly, T/T (30% deposit, balanced before delivery or upon B/L copy)
     L/C at sight and Western Union are also workable for certain orders.

Q: How can I get samples and How long will it takes?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs.
    Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
    Sample time is about 3-5 working days,depending on the materials and printing.
