Developer / Development Engineer opinion: 

The purchaser provides the 3D to us and then the prototype sample will be finished after one week. Our factory is a one-stop production, and it has the Copper mold, plastic casting, so that it can conduct the proofing conveniently.Our factory has the production of copper workshop, weaving, rotocast, injection molding machine, die casting machine, lathe, assembly with 2 lines.

    Our factory supports to do customized products, but it needs to be provided 3D design drawings so that we can be more easily to make a quotation. The customized products including but not limited to: all kinds of plastic products, such as product packaging cover, bottles, boxes, and other accessories; all kinds of metal products, such as zinc alloy cover, copper accessories, hardware groceries etc.......

    Our factory has the product. If you want to customize the color of the airbags, the MOQ should be set up 5000 sets; if you want to the bottles to spray color, the MOQ should be set up 3000 sets. The screen printing product needs to add $0.03 per piece, the bronzing product needs to add $0.3 per piece.(The market prices always are in fluctuations, please consult the salesman for the detail.)
