         1.sample on stock , please pay the sample fee and the freight, send within 1-3 days

         2.sample no stock(without open mould), please pay the sample fee and the freight, send within 15-20 days

         3.sample( need to open mould), please pay the sample fee , the mould fee and the freight, send within 20-25 days

4.  Q:  How to customized style?

   A:Send us picture or design with size, material etc, then we will check if we could make ,  we receive a reasonable sample fee after sample are /confirm/ied.

5.  Q:what is your MOQ?

       A:  the MOQ is depends product , if you don't mind cost,  there is no limited on MOQ.

       1. product in stock, MOQ is 1 carton.

       2. product need to change color no open mould,  MOQ is 10 carton.

       3. product need open moudle,  MOQ is 1000pcs.

6.  Q:  what is your paymnet ?

     A:   we accept  30% deposit and 70% balance by any payment before shipment , including western union , moneygram, L/C, TT,  trade assurance.

7. Q:  what is your shippment ?

     A:  agent appointed by clients.  if it is the first time import from china for you, and you do not have your own forwarder, but don't worry, we are here to solve all the problems with you, including  looking for forwarder,asking shipping cost, shipping date, booking cabinet, custom declaration, loading , dunsheng will also prepare all the documents in advance for your pick up in destination port clearance.
