Materials to Process: this machine can be used to process all kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with the mosh hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 7%, and it is the perfect choice for the materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, baritone, bentonite, coal gangue, coal etc. 

Product Finess: the fineness of finished products can be adjusted between 0.18mm-0.010mm (80 mesh - 1250mesh) and sometimes it can reach 2000 meshes at the maximum.

Application Fields: metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, mines, paint, cosmetics, etc.

HGM series limestone fine powder ginding mill is composed of main machine, air blower, super-fine analytical engine, cyclone powder collector for final products, bag type dust collector and connecting pipe.

Ther auxiliary equipment such as bucket elevator, material storage bin, electronic control box, powder feeder and crusher can be equipped according to the requirements of the customers.

(1) The materials enter the grinding room of main equipment, the grinding roller swings outward and presses closely upon the grinding ring due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the main shaft.
(2) The blade carries materials to the space between the grinding roll and grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roller rolls.

(3) After being ground, the powder is selected by classifier via the cycle wind of the blower and the rough powder will be back to the grinding room for regrinding.
(4) The qualified powder is brought into the powder collector together with airflow. The powder comes out as end products while the airflow goes back to the powder collector in cycling to make the machine work normally. The remained airflow comes out after purification by dust catcher.
