Black Oxide---is an inexpensive black coating.A black oxide coating provides heat resistance and lubricity,as well as corrosion resistance.Coating increases the life of HSS bits.

Tianium Nitride(TIN)---is a very hard ceramic material that can be used to coat a high speed steel bit(usually a twist bit),extending the cutting life by three or more time.However, when the bit is sharpened the new edge,will not have the benefits of the coating.

Cobalt drill bits---are specially designed for drilling in hard steel,thick web helix delivers fast material removal combined with increased durability for maximum officiency and performance. Each bit is manufactured to exacting specifications and features a split point that starts on contact with no walking or skating,eliminating the need for a center punch.

Twist Drill Bits are available  in the widest choice of tooling material.However,even for industrial users,most holes are drilled with HSS bits.The geometry and sharpening of tht cutting edges is crucial to the performance of the bit.The most common twist drill bit(sold in general hardware stores)has a point angle of 118° or 135° and 135°split point,acceptable for use in wood,metal,plastic and most other materials.Also has more aggresive angle,such as 90 degrees,is suitable for very soft plastic and other materials; it would wear rapidly in hard materials.

Question 5:  Can you supply sample test and your samples are free?

 Answer:  Yes, customers can tell us the specification of sample they need, then our factory can arrange to make your sample, and the sample will be prepared ok in 2 or 3 days. Our samples are not free, customers need pay sample cost and freight cost. And your sample cost will be return back to you if you place order in future.
