Structure:

The sealing machine consists of frame, cylinder, motor, speed reducer devices, sealing mold, mold in and out device, electronic control system and other components.

Working principle:

After turning on the power, each device starts to work. After the heating element is energized, the upper mold is heated and adjusted to the required temperature by the temperature control system. The pressure required by the mold is adjusted by the oil-water separator or limit switch, and the time relay adjusts the sealing Time, rail micro-movement to achieve automatic sealing.
When an aluminum foil cup is put into the lower mold, manually push it to the appropriate location, the inductive switch begins to work. Upper heat mold does the sealing job automatically. When reaching the time scheduled by Time Relay, one sealing is completed, the mold returns automatically.
