Plant oil separator is the main equipment for a vegetable oil continuous refining system, can be used for plant oil refining, continuous degreasing, dephosphorization, de-soap, dehydration, and other procedures. Reducing the harmful ingredients in vegetable oil, to meet national standards.

 1.Working principle

Disc separator is vertical centrifuge, drum in the upper vertical shaft, and through the transmission device driven by electric motor and high speed.Drum has a set of nested together with each other - disc disc parts.Left a very small gap between disc and disc.Suspension (or emulsion) by feeding tube located in the center of the drum drum.Suspension (or emulsion) through the clearance between the disc, the solid particles or droplets in centrifuge sinking to the disc formed on the sediment layer (or liquid).Sediment along the surface of sliding away from the disc and accumulation within the drum diameter is the largest part, after the separation of liquid from the liquid outlet discharge drum.The role of the disc is shortening the distance between the settlement of solid particles or droplets, enlarge the subsidence area of drum, drum in the separator can be greatly improved by the installation disc production capacity.Accumulate in the solid in the drum separator outage disassembled drum removed by artificial, or through the slag discharge machine in the case of non-stop from the eduction in drum.

(1)The machine start using variable frequency start, about 6 to 10 minutes. Machine running smooth, low noise, small vibration, installation is convenient.

(2)Drum, drum cover, etc. the main stress components adopt 2 cr13, other parts contacting with materials such as disc adopt 0 cr18ni9 (SUS304).

(3)The stainless steel cover, use SUS304 stainless steel material.
