Instructions:

1. Prepare soybeans and starter or a pack of pre-made natto.

2. Rinse soybeans thoroughly.

3. Immersion the beans in cold water for 12 hours.

4. After immersed 12 hours, cook the soybeans for 5 hours or until the soybeans are easily crushed by your fingers.

5. Wait for the cooked soybeans to cool and well mix starter or a pack of natto with those cooked soybeans, then put the soybeans into a container.

6. Put the container into our yogurt maker for about 14-18 hours. After 14 hours, check the soybean, if soy bean become sticky, and smell like "natto", a home-made natto is accomplished.
