Q1:Do you offer OEM? Or Can I print my own brand/logo on the goods?
A: Yes, please give us the certification of register in advance.

Q2:What’s your MOQ if I want to print my own brand/logo?
A: 12000PCS/color (tube color). 

Q3:Can I make a small order to check the market first?
A: Yes, according the limited quantity,it only can be the available design of our brand .

Q4:Can I order less than MOQ( 12000pcs) quantity if I want to print my brand/logo? Because I cannot buy so many goods.
A: It’s hard for us to make less than 12000pcs. Firstly, the supplier won’t accept order less than 12000pcs, including plastic cases, color box and other packing material.

Q5:How long dose it cost from the beginning to the end of the order?
A: Normally it needs 15days if we have the stock tube, 40-45days for OEM.

Q6,Can you send samples before our ordering the items?
A: Yes, sample can be free if little quantity, but I’m afraid the freight charge needs to be paid by you first, and it’ll refund to you after the order be /confirm/ied.

Q7,What’s the brand name for the stock goods?
A:We now have 1 main brands, “XUEYINZI”. The pictures are showed in our website already. What u see in the picture is the goods you will get.
