Introduction:
The impeller of the principal axis rotates by the driven of electric motor through the V-belt and then produces centrifugal function resulting in negative pressure. On one hand, it intakes enough air to mix with slurry. On the other hand, it mixes slurry and medicine, fine the foam in order that the mineral can stick on the foam, and then it turns into mineral foam after floating on the slurry. Adjust the height of stopper to control fluid level in order that the available foam can be scrapped out by scrappers.
Application:
metal ore such as gold, silver, copper, Lead (Pb), Zinc (Zn), Tin, Nickel (Ni) and so on, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and floatation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.
Working Principle:
The Flotation Machine was driven by the motor with the working of impeller rotation, and then produces the centrifugal effect, and form the negative pressure. On one hand, adsorbing enough air to mix with the pulp; on the other hand, stirring the mixture of pulp and drugs, in the meanwhile, refining bubble, make the mineral adsorbed on bubbles, float to the pulp surface and form the mineralized bubble . Adjust the flashboard height, control the pulp surface, make the foam scraped by the scraping plate.
