Our velvet fabric is one kind of tricot fabrics with one side brushing, short dense pile. it made by DTY and FDY yarn mixed, compare with regular tricot flocked fabric 100% FDY yarn quality, its brushing is more soft and delicate, because its brushing side is DTY yarn used.

1. We are able to colour match and produce any pantone or shade desired by the customer.
2. We can do various function like W/R(water proof), D/F(down proof), UV protection, Teflon and hydroscopic and sweat - discharged finishing
3. Our product meet Oeko-Tex100 standard and European standard, SGS, ROHS.

Aloba,etc.   2)Haining warp-knitting mill: Established in 2003, now possess 8 sets of Germany original high-speed E28 warp-knitting machines: 2 sets are "LIBA" brand, 6 sets are "Karl Mayer" brand. Main products: thin tricot and special tricot for shoe use.   3)3D spacer knitting mill: Started from 2011, we equiped with most advanced Germany "Karl Mayer" high-speed RD6/1-12mm E22 2-bar machines 6 sets. we are the sole factory equiped with this most advanced machines in Shanghai-Jiangsu-Zhejiang districts. Our daily output of high quality 3-D spacer mesh is around 5000mtrs.
