Water Circulating Vacuum Pump
The series of Multi-purpose Circulating Water Vacuum Pump using water as circulating fluid to create negative pressure by ejecting, providing vacuum condition for the processes of evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, reduced pressure filtration and etc.
They are particularly designed for labs and small scale tests in universities and colleges, scientific research institutes, chemical industry, pharmacy, biochemistry, foodstuff, pesticide, agricultural engineering and biological engineering.
Main Features
1) Saving resources by recirculating water.
2) Saving more than 35% of electricity than other types of vacuum pump.
3) Specially designed fluid muffler can improve vacuum level by reducing the gas in water, keeping it quiet running by reducing the friction between gas and water
4) Double-head, double-gauge, which can be used alone or in parallel.
5) Resistant to acid, alkali and solvents.
6) Viton gasket sealing, avoiding invasion of corrosive gas.
7) Replacing water more regularly when it is used to pumping corrosive gas.
8) Tank, reservoir, ejector, tee junction, check valve and suction Nozzle are all made of PP material.
9) The body of pump and impeller are made of stainless steel 304 (Optional).
