Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?

A: During the test, if there is anything wrong with the products.Will change at once to assure that the goods arrived at your side confirms to relative requirement.
B: We only charge for the replacement after the warranty period for the products, no other addition fees.
C: In case of exceptional situation, both the two parties should solve it by friendly negotiation.
