 1. Can I get Free samples for test from your company?

DR: Samples are avialable, all customers must pay the sample fee and shipping cost, 

when you place an order to us, the sample fee will return back to you.

2.What is the MOQ of your products? 

DR: The MOQ of our products is 504 pcs for one model one size.

3.We'd like to print our Logo on the appliances and artwork. Can you make it? 

DR: We provide OEM/ODE service which including logo printing, gift box, carton box, rating label, I/M….etc.

4.How about the Delivery time? 

DR:15-20days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation all designs 

based of normal condition. Sample can be deliveried in 5-7days. 

5. What’s your Payment way ?

DR: Basically, Our payment  way is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.

6. Your’re factory or trading company?

DR : We’re a factory to mainly indction cooker home appliances for many years,

We provide OEM/ODM services.

7. Do You have the ability to do independent research and development?

DR : Our engineering department has 6 peoples, we have the research and

development capabilities.We can design according to your good idea if you have any.
