Q1: Can I have a sample order?

Q4: If I have some failed product, how to deal with it?

If does happen, you need to send us details of failed product, including your received package condition, using condition, working condition, better with pictures. once we confirmed the quality failed is caused by our side, we will send you replacement within your next shipment.
