Anhui Faqiang Glass Co.,Ltd., located in Anhui Province, is a large daily use glass production base in China and ranks in the top daily use glass manufactures of China. Founded in 1981, it covers an total area of 170,000 square meters and four glass furnaces; currently it has fixed assets of 190 million yuan and annual output of 200,000 tons. And there are about 1450 employees, including 420 technicians in Faqiang at present.
The plant has over a thousand kinds of products, including blown cups, pressed cups, glass tableware, glass ashtray, heterotype bottles, beer bottles and deep-processed products. These glasswares sell well not only in domestic market but also various countries and regions in Europe, America, Africa, Southeast, Asia and the Middle East. Production Flow
PRODUCTION FLOW:
- Injecting: Mix ingredient of raw materials by machine,which had been strictly selected;
- Heating: Raw material dissolved by 1300-1600 centigrade, heated all around glassware;
- Examining: Material fluid shaped by mould, the technical worker examining by side always;
- Shaping: The shaped glass with fire to polish surface, to avoid small defects on the glass;
- Annealing: To annealing furnace,keeping the tempreture, to prevent the broken of glass;
