Tensall Bio-Tech Co. was founded in 1999 and commits itself to conducting state-of-the-art probiotic research and development in order to be a leading brand in the probiotic industry.  

June 2000, Tensall proudly announced an original fermentation technology by which lactic acid bacteria were co-cultured, manufactured and preserved with full activity at room temperature. 

Jan 2003, The World Headquarter Building and Global Manufacturing Plant of Tensall were established.

April 2002, Tensall developed TS7^® biological cosmetic formula which is designed for improving the conditions of skin and generated by fermentation of milk with 7 probiotic strains, and a series of cosmetic products that use TS7^® as main ingredient.

May 2002,  Tensall developed TS-2L^® material for feminine cleansing purposes, which is designed to address feminine health issues, particularly vaginal infections, and generated by fermentation of milk with 2 selected probiotic strains. In a cooperation and collaboration with Chung Shan Medical University, human trials were conducted  for antimicrobial effectiveness of TS-2L^®.

Dec 2002, Tensall established its logistic channels nationwide and its own brand TS6^®.

Feb 2004, Tensall was certified as the first GMP factory for probiotics in Taiwan.

Oct 2002, Tensall acquired ISO9001 quality assurance for healthy foods and cosmetics.

Dec 2002, TS6^® probiotic of Tensall was the TOP sale in one the most popular shopping channels, as the most popular healthy foods for maintaining gastro-intestinal tract.

Mar 2006, TS6^® probiotic of Tensall acquired Islamic HALAL quality assurance.

Sep 2002, TS-2L^®  of Tensall was applied for a patent and gained the patent referring to No. 200806303.      

Jun 2008, Tensall gained the approval of The Securities and Futures Bureau for Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Oct 2008, Tensall obtained international food safety standard certificate HACCP.

Nov 2008, Tensall’s TS6 Feminine Cleaning Gel won 2008 Symbol of National Quality(SNQ) and Biomedical quality award.

Mar 2009, TS6^® series entered several biggest logistic channels in Taiwan such as  Cosmed, A mart, and RT-mart, and major chain convenient shops and pharmacies in the following months.

Oct 2009, Tensall obtained a number of patents to protect its novel technologies.

July 2007,  Tensall participated in the Fifth "Bio Taiwan" 2007 exhibition.

Jult 2008, Tensall participated in the Sixth "Bio Taiwan" 2008 exhibition.

Ever since established, Tensall has never stopped its research. There are several breakthroughs with co-research with the academic and gorvernmental institutes. The collaborations include:

In April 2001 , Tensall launched a project for development of bio-cosmetics processing in collaboration and cooperation with National Dong-Hwa University.

In May 2001, Tensall collaborated with the Chao-Yang Poli-tech University Innovation Incubation Center and conducted researches in biological agents for environmental protecion. 

In Jan 20002, Tensall launched a research project to develop extraction processes and study the functional components of aromatic plants in cooperation with Hualien District Agricultural Research and Extension Station, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan.

In Mar 2002,Tensall initiated a project to establish the first GMP plant for probiotics in Taiwan with assistance of The Food Industry Research and Development Institute (FIRDI).  

in Feb 2002, Tensall authorized the Taiwan Agricultural Chemicals and Toxic Substances Research Institute (TACTRI) to conduct activity of TS6^® probiotic animal tests of which the resultsproved that TS6^®probiotic is safe to use and has effects on the health of gastro-intestinal tract.

In Nov 2002,  Tensall cooperated with The Food Industry Research and Development Institute (FIRDI) to develop functional products of probiotics

In Aug 2007, In cooperation with Yuan Pei University, Tensall conducted a research project in formulation of microcapsule for probiotics to extend the applications of probotics.

In Nov 2007, Tensall formed a strategic alliance with Yuan Pei University to explorethe potential applications of milk ferments of probiotics.

In March 2008, Tensall signed a contract with Chung Shan medical University for animal testing of liver protection and safety of Ocimum gratissimum L.

FAQ

Purchasing and Distribution

1.    Do you offer any print catalogue?

Ans: We will provide supports such as marketing training sessions and marketing database and information, etc…, in English, to the new agent or distributor, after contract signing.

2.    How to become your agent or distributor?

Ans:

(1) In the initial cooperation period, we provide our products in small quantities for testing market responses to the provisional agent or distributor, before any contract agreement.

(2)The contract period between the distributor or agent and us is generally three years, and there is a mutual agreement on designated an annual market targets. We then provide supports such as marketing training sessions and marketing database and information, etc…, in English, to our new agent or distributor.

3.    Will the delivery be delayed? How do you compensate if that had happened?

Ans: The standard time interval between an order and its delivery is 45 to 60 days. The delivery date depends on the contract of the order.

4.    Will you adopt CFR in the future?

Ans: We accept transporting conditions according to Incoterms 2010.

Sea cargo: FOB/ CFR/CIF

Air cargo: EXW/FCA/CPT/CIP

5.    Will I be able to pay by L/C in the future?

Ans: We accept payments by T/T, L/C.

Dietary Supplements

 1.    What’s so special about your product; how is it different from other brands?

Ans:

(1)No lactobacillales from Tensall are by transgenesis, and all the manufacturing processes, raising probiotics à fermentation à drying à mixture à filling à packing, are completed in class 10000ppm clean room.

(2)All Tensall lactobacillales are bred with fresh milk. Utilizing mutualism and fermentation techniques, we wrap the lactobacillales and their cherishable derivatives all together in the final products.

2.    Is this product natural?

Ans: all sources of Tensall lactobacillales are obtained from human body/natural foods, and none of them are transgenic organisms. All major ingredients are from natural resources and non-chemical.

3.    When should I take the dosages?

Ans: We have instructions and information on the package of each product.
