    A: Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders to meet different customized needs, this means different client's logos, color boxes, local language and labels are available.

Q2. Can you supply with a small quantity order?

       Yes, we keep some inventory with complete color ways for cater your diversity needs, we can accept to mix the colors with a small quantity.

Q3.What’s your sample policy?

       A: We offer samples according to the clients' requirements. Sample lead time is within 3-7 days for existing samples, and about 15-20days for customized samples, it also depends on the complexity of pattern design.

       B: We charge 2 times unit price for samples available in stock.Customized samples are also workable, its sample cost depends on estimated order quantity and more details.

P.S: Courier cost is collected. 

Q4. What’s your terms of payment?

       Our traditional payment term: 30% TT deposit,70% balance to be paid before shipment.  Others such as Irrevocable L/C at sight and western union are also acceptable.

Q5. How about your delivery time?

       Generally speaking, it will take 45-60 days for first order after /confirm/iing

pre-production sample and receiving 30% deposit.there will be exception for peak season and big traditional holidays such as Chinese New Year. it will take 30-35 days from the second orders.

Q6:What’s your MOQ?

      600pcs/model/size /mix colors

      It could be negotiable according to clients’ particular situation.

Q7: Can I buy 1pc only?

      Yes, we can operate through Aliexpress platform.

Q8. What’s the shipment method do you offer? 

      For sample order, we use courier like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS and ect. You can also arrange your forwarder pick the goods from us. For huge order, sea cargo is 

the best choice.

Q9.How is your production capacity?

      Maximum monthly output 40K-50K pieces.

Q10.What kinds of certificates are approved?

     Most of our helmets have passed EN, CE and CPSC international certificate. We also help our customer to apply MIPS approved from MIPS GLOBAL GROUP. We will assist our customer to get other certification if orders are /confirm/ied.
