Brief introduction:

Hydraulic vehicle system for shipping transportation is a  professional and important hydraulic transportation equipment used for transporting the shipping at orbit type.With the transportation functions of synchronous lifting, self-drive advancing and synchronous movement controlled by PLC system equipped on ship hull , it can solve the problems of low automatic degree, labor-intensive requirement and operational complexity for the traditional shipbuilding industry. SOV hydraulic vehicle system is composed of numerous hydraulic small vehicles, centralized control cable trailer controlling hydraulic small vehicles concurrently and pressure test bench detecting the pressure endurance of hydraulic small vehicles and is widely used for transporting  large weight and large dimensions equipment parts such as large-scale ship’s structure parts. SOV hydraulic vehicle system can easily lift and transport more than thousands of tons equipment parts via the concurrent control operation to the numerous hydraulic vehicles, system’s self equipped balance control system guarantees the uneven weight equipment part’s balanced lifting and transportation via quantity adjustment of hydraulic vehicle. SOV hydraulic vehicle system can completely solve disadvantages like the minimum-security, time – consuming and power – wasting for transportation large overweight parts, which can not only  greatly enhance the working efficiency, but also improve the on-site working environment, safety and the level of shipbuilding.

Hydraulic Vehicle System is composed of lifting system, walking system and electronic control system

1. Lifting system

 a set of ultrahigh pressure double-stage pump achieves the fast lifting at no-load condition and slow lifting at heavy load condition for improving the working efficiency, the compensation valve equipped on the cylinder  guarantees the safe and stable decline. Using double acting mechanical lock nut cylinder can save operating time.

2. Walking system

Structured with motor and reducer, the delivery speed is 3m/min. Low noise and high efficiency.

3. Electronic control system

Parallel connection power supply and control mode can not only guarantee the single hydraulic vehicle’s operation, but also  numerous hydraulic vehicles’ synchronous lifting and shuttle. The centralized control cable trailer can control the hydraulic small vehicles concurrently. Long distance power supply to the system can be achieved via the cable drum on the cable trailer for flexible use and wider application scope.
