1.Are you a factory, where is it?

Yes, we have our own product line. Our factory is in Cangnan Wenzhou, China.

Yes you can. We require 70USD printing cost.

5.How is your product quality?

It is durable, if nothing unexpected happend, crash, soak water for example it could last 4-5years.

6.How is your package, is it durable?

Foam material is used for inner package, machine is safe inside. And for the outside packing,we use exporting carton, it is very thick to protect the objects inside.

We accept FOB CIF shipment, by air by sea by land. From Ningbo or Shanghai.

11.The voltage is differnt in every country, how to solve the problem?
We have the adapter, 110-240V can be used in most of the countries. If you are not blong to the countries, pls tell us in advance.

12.What is the warranty of the products?
We provide spare parts for free, but customers have to pay the shipment.

13.Can we update the machine?
Yes, we will send the upadating device to you. But you have to pay the shipment.
