(2)It is easy to ship, the framework is light steel system, the wall and the roof system are sandwich panel with EPS. Color steel sandwich panel has a good fire proof and heat insulation performance for the characteristic of the color steel sheet and polystyrene material.

(3) Firm structure: The house adopts steel frame structure, therefore it is reliable and in line with the designing code of building structure.

(4) Water-proof structure: The house design uses water-proof structure and doesn't need any water-proofing processing.

(5) Attractive design: The whole house looks beautiful and elegant. And the inner and outer walls and roof boarding all use color steel sandwich panels, in which the material is polystyrene foam. And the panel is in bright color, which feels soft and the surface is even, therefore it can match the steel frame of the houses very well and has quite good decoration effects.

(6) Heat-insulation: The walls and roof boards are all double-side color steel sandwich panel( polystyrene, polyurethane, or rock wool) which have good heat-insulating and fire-proof performances.

(7) The prefab house is wind-proof, and the maximum speed of the wind can be 100KM/H.

(8) The prefab house is earthquake-proof, and the maximum grade is 7 degrees.
