On / Standby
- When the cooker is plugged in, it is in standby mode by default. The display shows "L" if the temperature of the surface of the cooker is lower than 50°C, or "H" if the temperature is higher than 50°C.
- By touching the button "On / Standby", the mode indicators "Level" and "Temp" start to blink.
- By touching the button "Level" to select power mode, or touching "Temp" to select temperature mode. At the same time the cooker turns on.
Power Mode
- By touching the button "+" or "-" to set the power level.
- 12 power levels (W): 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 / 500 / 600 / 800 / 1000 / 1200 / 1500 / 1800 / 2100
Temperature Mode
- By touching the button "+" or "-" to set the temperature.
- 12 preset temperatures (°C): 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 / 180 / 200 / 220 / 240

Timer
- By touching the button "Timer" to activate the timer.
- By touching the button "+" or "-" to set the operating time in 1-minute intervals.
- By touching and holding the button "+" or "-" to set the operating time in 10-minute intervals.

* Power Sharing for Double Hob Models
- The maximum power of each hob is 2100 W.
- The maximum total power of two hobs is 3500 W.
- When the total power has reached 3500 W, if the power of one hob is increased, the power of the other hob will be automatically decreased, so that it doesn’t exceed the maximum power.

Auto pan-detection
The cooker only works when a cookware of suitable material and size is detected on the center of the hob.
High/low voltage protection
When the voltage is lower than 140V or higher than 280V, the cooker will stop working.
Overheat protection
When IGBT overheating, the power will be decreased, and the fan keeps running.
When the cooking temperature is over 260°C, the cooker will stop heating, and the fan keeps running.
Boil dry protection
Boil dry can be detected in 3 minutes, and then the cooker will stop heating.
2-hour auto shutdown
If the cooker is idle (without any operation) for 2 hours, except in the case of timer setting, the cooker will automatically power off.
