Fabrication of Pontoon

Barge (Pontoon) - J plates are used under the loading deck and on all the hull plates as reinforcements.

Ramps - 2 Nos detachable ramps (High tensile steel is used to reduce the weight.)

Winches - two hand operated winches with anchor installed at each corner of barge for maneuvering  the dredger

Cable - 12mm diameter, 50m long hot dipped galvanized cable for each and every winches at each corner

Nylon rope - 25m m diameter, 50m long ropes provided with the each pontoon

Bollards – fitted

Number of bollards - not be less than 8no’s
