4: Send the packing list, commercial invoice and bill of loading(original or telex released) to you
5: The ship company will call you and let you know when will the boat arrive the port
6: Let your broker to help you customs clearance and pick up the goods.
If you don't have the broker, you can let the ship company to help you customs clearance and pick up the goods directly.
