♦1.When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote within 24 hours after getting your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, pls call us or tell us in your email so that we regard your inquiry as priority.

♦2.How can I get sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. The sample cost and freight will be charge by your side. But the samples cost can be refundable after order confirmation. By the way, free samples can be provided after the first cooperation between us.

♦3.How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you are willing to pay for freight and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within 3 days sent to you via express like DHL, UPS, Fedex and ect.

♦4.What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB, CIF,ect. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.

♦5.What about your payment term?
T/T: 30% deposit in advance and the balance payment before shipment.

Yes,we can.As long as you give us the detailed specific requirement, or send us original sample,we can absolutely make the same sample and send to you for approval.
