1.RTG/RMG Introduction

40ft used container crane is applicable to move, load and unload containers in rail station good yards, port, outside stores,etc. This type cranes use U frame, divedes into two types:

one is rail mounted gantry , the other is rubber tyre gantry crane . the clear space is bigger for containersmove to sides. The whole crane moves on the railsmounted in ground or moves on the ground directly, more fast, more steady. Power supply is cable drum. The whole work dutyis A6 and we can design non-standard according to your requirement.

2.The Ambient temperature conditions

• 1. the power of crane is three-phase AC; rated frequency is 50HZ, rated voltage is 380V;
• 2. the temperature of working environment is -25~+40 centigrade;
• 3. the relative humidity is no more than 50% when the temperature is +40 centigrade.

Such standards as GB/T19683-2005 Container Crane JT/T566-2004 Safety Rules for Rail-mounted Gantry Container Crane ISO FEMJIS being followed during design and manufacturing of it.

1. Lifting capacity under spreader is 30.5t, 35.0t, 40.5t and 50.0t;

2. Working duty of this crane is A6;

3. The span can be changed around 35.0m;

4. Base of RMG ranged around 16.0m;

5. The lifting height can allow one container to be transported over the top of five 9ft 6 high container;

6. The power source is 3ph 380V 50Hz;

2. Packaging :

1). Wooden case for electric parts,motor,accessories, color cloth for main structure. 
2). All parts will be loaded into 20ft or 40ft ISO container 

3. Transportation : generally 35 days to 60days to destination port.

4. Trade term : FOB, CFR and CIF are common trade terms, if you need more help, please ontact with

5. Load port : Qingdao/Shanghai/Tianjin port.

all parts will be loaded onto Bulk Cargo Ship after package if the length is beyond 12.0m length is beyond 12.0m.
