Sheet Extrusion Process

Our factory has more than 11 extrusion machine production lines.

We use Reifenhauser extruder from Germany to ensure stable output and quality.

Thermoforming Process

We have more than 40 thermoforming machine production lines from ILLIG in our factory.
There are 50K 70K machines that specialize in cups, as well as RDKP for lid production
Machines, and RDK80 and RV machines that specialize in the production of trays

Dry Offset Printing Process

Our factory has more than 15 dry offset printing production lines.
Each machine can be printed up to 6 colors, up to 300 per minute speed.
