JKI Utility new Model freeze dryer machine

JKI New type of freeze-dryer including: Control apparatus and Refrigerating apparatus that being placed in refrigeration storage and Vacuum drying equipment. The refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment work synchronously , keep the former equipment’s temperature at a low basis and put material into refrigeration equipment for pre-freezing , and then put it into vacuum drying equipment for dehydration.

The process of operation as following:

Use the refrigeration equipment to keep the refrigeration chamber in low temperature , normally , keep it atm-40C.

 Put the original material like fruit or vegetable which need to vacuum fryer on the goods shelf carts and put it into the refrigeration chamber for pre-freezing. When the original material temperature below -40C , put it into the vacuum tank for vacuum dryer .And same time , put the new original material on the goods shelf carts for pre-freezing, after the first vacuum tank finish the vacuum freeze dryer, you can put the already finish pre-freezing material into the vacuum tank for freeze dryer.
