The raw material of down comes from the white duck which feed at least 80 days, down cluster is more bigger, no odor, filling power is fine, it is the best qualified material for down products (Duvet, Bedding Set, Children Products, Blanket, Pillow, Mattress Serious, Toys, Hotel Textiles Items, Down Boots, Cushion)

1).Choose excellent down material
2).The raw materials are washed with detergent for at least one and half hours. and cleaned with water foe at least one hour
3).Dehydrated for 15 minutes ,
4).Dried at temperature 80C for no less than 30 minutes
5). Cooled 6 minutes,
6). Packed and keep ready in warehouse
