· Adopt the advanced computer control project and mechanical manufacturing technology.
· Saddling rack and Roller driven by high efficient imported servosystem( default Japan Fuji ).
· The principal shaft adopts the frequency converter control device.
· Convenient and efficient editing, creating & tracking pattern function ,130 patterns pre-installed.
· Unlimited and independent interval pattern sewing function, sewing in 360°derection.
· Auto stop function when exceeding the max horizontal movement in right and left.
· Continuous and single step quilting control ways. No downtime between transform.
· Computer can auto test and adjust the speed; the speed reach 550 R/M, Stitch length range 2 -6 mm.
· Auto needle raising and orientation stop system and auto stop device for breaking thread (optional).
· Safety is guarded by infrared system.

FAQ
How to grantee
Warranty : 1 YEAR, Parts for replacement is free within 1 year, if sent technician for trainning, We charge USD 50 per day/per person, customer provide VISA, round-trip ticket, food and bed, after one year, customer pay the actual fee of parts, labour cost is the same as during warranty.
How to get to factory
Yuxing machinery located in Dongguan, Guangzhou Airport is near to us, we can pick you up at airport
How to maintain machine
Clean and grease machine regularly, normal oil pressure , oil passage unblocked, standard oil quality, keep oil gun, oil bottle, oil suction felt clean, observe safety operation procedures, no over load running, maintain cooling system,check for loose screw etc ,we also recommend to assign our tethnician for correction after about two year's usage
