Q1: Can I get FREE samples? How long get it?

A1:Yes, we can send you samples for free, but the freight is on your account. It takes around 1 - 3 days.  

Q2: How can I get the most competitive price?

A2:Please provide as much detail specifications as possible, such as your order quantity, product size,weight, packing request,color printing,destination country, target price, etc. The more detail information, the more accurate and better we can quote you the price. 

Q3:What is the delivery date? 

A3:Our products are normally shipped within 10-14 working days after order confirmation. But it may take longer or shorter up to different order qty. or other special cases.

A9:Palmy straws are made for only chilled drinks. Using them in hot beverages is the one situation where our paper straws disintegrate faster.  Hot beverages decrease the longevity of our straws. 

Q10:How long do they hold up in liquids? 

A10: Palmy’s paper straws are manufactured using an average of 33% more material than other supplier and are specifically made not to disintegrate or get soggy and fall apart. In most cases with normal use, our paper straws will last for 5-6 hours even 24 hours. They are specifically made to hold up for hours under norm

al use and not disintegrate.
