1. High temperature resistant:graphite sintering plate can be used in the environment(≤3000℃) of vacuum or inert gas,can be used long time.

3. Don’t change type under high temperature:graphite doesn’t have the process of transformation from solid to liquid, and CTE is low. It doesn’t occur the softening and deformation under high temperature. So it can be guaranteed that the sintered material doesn’t change type,the dimension is stable.

4. Excellent thermal conductivity:graphite’s thermal conductivity is the 3-4 double of steel’s. Also graphite can be used as a heater,it can shorten the sintering time to use graphite sintering plate than iron box,reduce the sintering temperature. So it will save energy and reduce consumption,improve production efficiency,reduce production cost, and improve economic efficiency.

5. Chemical stability:graphite sintering plate doesn’t react chemical reaction with the material to be heated in the environment(≤3000℃) of vacuum or inert gas,not cake,and not infiltrate.

6. According to the information feedback of many manufacturers of S-NdFeB magnetic material, it will improve the (BH)m and Hcj of permanent magnetic material to use graphite sintering plate.

7. Durable in use:each graphite sintering plate can be used for 1.5-2 years under normal working condition, not need to be maintained.
