                                                                          A New vacuum Freeze Dryer

Our machine is a new model Freeze Dryer. Including Control device ; refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment which placed in cold storage temperature. The refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment synchronized work. The details working process as below.

The refrigeration equipment to keep a low temperature during the material put into the refrigeration equipment for pre-freezing; Then put into the vacuum drying equipment for dehydrating ,at the same time, refrigeration equipment added a new material into for pre-freezing; The Control device control the refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment separately.

The new utility model vacuum freeze dryer totally different compare with old-fashioned dryer .Changing the internal structure of the old-fashioned freeze dryer ;adjust work processes. The big advantage is to shorten the time of the freeze-drying process, improve work efficiency, reduce input costs, control energy waste, saving time, energy and with same effect of freeze-dried of old-fashioned freeze dryer machine.

Background of technique

With the improvement of people’s life quality, the quality of a large number of food and drug increasingly attracts man’s attention. Freeze-dried products are spongy, no shrinkage, with rehydration and rare moisture. It can be preserved or transported for a long time at room temperature after appropriate packaging . Due to its incomparable advantages, vacuum freeze-drying  technology is very popular since it come true and more and more widely used in medicine,biological products and food fields.

Currently, all freeze drying machine works under high vacuum, utilizes sublimation principle, make the frozen moisture that had been frozen in the material directly sublimated to water vapor and and then being removed without melting, so as to achieve refrigeration drying purposes. Freeze Dryer process includes 3 steps: pre-freezing, sublimation, and then freeze-dried, each stage being complete done by one at the same work area in the Freeze Dryer, the whole process takes about 12 hours.

The workflow of old-fashioned freeze dryer machine : put material in loading tray ,the machine begin to work, firstly you should set the temperature of work area to -40 ℃, make the material pre-frozen ,which takes roughly 5-6 hours; And then make the solid water (ice) directly sublimated to vapor and being removed from material under high vacuum. After this step, the material will be sent to frozen warehouse to freeze and then being sent to desiccation warehouse for sublimating and desiccating, which requires approximately 5-6 hours. These processes have some drawbacks, such as: internal heating device’s constantly cooling and warming process consumes a lot of energy, it is also a waste work time and result in low work efficiency; its internal device design is very complicated and cost very much and hard to maintain; ect.( high high energy consumption, a waste a work time, low work efficiency, complex internal device design ,high cost of inner design , maintenance difficulties)

Utility new Model Content:

In order to overcome the above mentioned drawbacks, this utility model is intended to provide a new vacuum freeze-drying machine. By changing the internal structure of the old-fashioned one and adjust work processes ,which can shorten the time of freeze-drying process, improve efficiency, decrease costs, reduce energy consumption and achieve the same effect of freeze dried as the vintage freeze-drying holds.

To achieve the above advantages, the technical solution of this utility model  are as follows:

This kind of cold-type freeze-dryer including: control apparatus and refrigerating apparatus that being placed in refrigeration storage temperature  and vacuum drying equipment. The refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment work synchronously , keep the former equipment’s temperature at a low basis and put material into refrigeration equipmentfor pre-freezing , and then put it into vacuum drying equipment for dehydration.

The shell of the vacuum drying equipment is provided with heating pipes, which used for defrosting during the freeze-drying process.

The bottom of the vacuum drying equipment is provided with an outlet for draining defrosted water.

The vacuum drying equipment consists of at least one vacuum box body.

The vacuum tank is provided with plexiglass door, with tubes on the top and side of the tank, with adjustment feet on the bottom. All tubes are channel steel.

The refrigeration equipment consisting of at least one shelf carts. The top of the shelf carts is made of stainless steel tray configuration, provided with stainless steel tubes on the four sides and directional wheel on the bottom.

Compared with the existing technology, the refrigeration equipment and vacuum drying equipment of this freeze dryer can be controlled separately. Pre-freezing and drying  can be operated at the same time, instead of following the old method one by one. The efficiency is improved efficiency significantly. Secondly, compared with the old-fashioned equipment, which requires cold trap for water vapor adsorption in the cold working. The new models achieve in temperature reduction by use of vacuum dry storage temperature in cooling process, without a separate refrigeration, that saving a lot of costs. In addition, the freeze drying process always maintains in a low temperature state, rather than repetitionary heating and cooling during the pre-freezing and drying process adopted by old machines. Especially after adding new material, it 

can immediately enter into pre-frozen state because it always maintains a low temperature situation. But it different with the olds, it needs to re-adjust into low temperatures that after adding material inside the old machine. It saves both energy and costs

Detailed description:

As shown in Figure 1. The cold type freeze dryer of new models comprising: a control unit *1, refrigeration equipment*2 and vacuum drying equipment*3 (the refrigeration equipment*1 and vacuum drying equipment*3 are synchronous controlled. The control device*1, refrigeration equipment*2 and vacuum drying equipment*3 are separately controlled).

The utility model type new freeze dryer is combined refrigeration equipment with vacuum drying equipment together. Refrigeration equipment* 2 and vacuum drying equipment*3, these two sections can work at the same time. It’s very appropriate.

The process of operation as following:

1. Keep the refrigeration equipment*2in low temperaturestate;

2.Pre-freeze material in refrigeration equipment*2;

3.Dehydrate material in the vacuum drying equipment, add new material into refrigeration equipment*2 at the same time.

The new models achieve in temperature reduction by use of vacuum dry storage temperature in cooling process. Moisture adsorbed to the inner wall of the housing when drying without old cold trap for water vapor. That is, no longer a alone refrigeration cold trap for saving costs of the equipment.

The shell of new vacuum drying equipment*3 is provided with a heating tube, which can be used to melt the ice during the freeze-drying process when it’s necessary.

The bottom of the vacuum drying equipment*3 is provided with an outlet for draining defrosted water during the heating process. Soit’s very easy andc onvenient for cleaning, and reduce labor intensity when cleaning.

As shown in Figure 2.The new refrigeration equipment*2 consisting of at least one shelf carts*21. Vacuum drying equipment*3 consisting of at least one vacuum tank*33.

As shown in Figure 3.Vacuum box*33 with plexiglass door*331, on top of the vacuum tank and side with tubes*332, at the bottom with adjustable feet*333. The square tube*332arechannel steel structure.

As shown in Figure 4. Top shelf carts*21aremade of stainless steel tray configuration*211, the four sides of shelf carts are stainless steel pipe*212, the bottom has a directional wheel*213.
