           A: fabric samples can be freely send to our regular customers.
           B: For New Clients, free samples can be sent, and you pay the postage by yourself in advance, but it  is refundable.

  2.Lap Dip and Strick Off
            A: For dyeing fabric : Tell your Pantone Number or send us the orignal, and we will finish it in 2-4 days.
            B: For needs finished fabric : After your approval for design, we should make strick-off as the quality smapls  for /confirm/iing  before bulk production , it will take about 7 days.

   3.Quality Control Checking

   We have own quality inspection workshop for the goods inspection and don't pass any quality problem,even you find any problem once you got the goods , we will refund according to the factly .

 4. Delivery 

The product will be deliveried by professional expressage like DHL,UPS,FedEx etc ,it will arrived  safe and sound to your door.

2.How to get sample?

We could provide hangers and fabric pieces for free, but you need to pay the freight by yourself first. about some high cost sample book and hanger, we will charge some fees for the cost. 

3.How to make a instant payment?

Only for samples and a small amount,

4,How can I get a price of needed fabric?

A:Please give the exactly composition,construction,density,width also finishing of fabric to us.We can according to your specification give you a counter sample and price.

B.You can send us a sample,we can according to your sample give you a counter sample and price.

C.If you don't know the details of the fabric,you can give us the pictures of the fabric and the usage,we can according to our experience give you a estimated price.But exactly price must after we checked your original sample.

5.What is your quality guarantee?

 If you have Chines agency,the best way is to do the inspection before shippment.If it is difficult for you ,you can check it once you received the cargo.Please check it in a week.If there are any quality defect,we will afford all the lost caused by us.
