Yuyao Four Star Lamps Co.,Ltd. is a company specializing in the production of outdoor lighting with artwork aluminum die casting, stamping and extrusion of aluminum, copper and stainless steel material.

Our company has the self-management of import and export rights. We have the capacity to complete the whole manufacturing process of lamps. Now there are 12 units of 500 t, 250 t, 160 t die-casting machines etc., 2 powder coating curing and 6 final assembly lines , annual production capacity of aluminum alloy die casting, copper alloy die-casting, zinc alloy die casting hydraulic tensile, spinning forming, cold punching forming of moisture-proof lamps and lanterns, the courtyard lamps, lawn lamps and accessories more than 400 sets.

The company since its establishment, has accumulated rich production experience and technical ability, fully production equipment, exquisite process operation. Company has the ROHS testing equipment to control production quality, and quality inspector team monitor carefully from the product material, accessories to make sure the high guarantee of quality. Our products have CE/ETL certification and China CCC certification.

Dear Customer, yes, we are. Our factory is since 1997, specializing in outdoor lighting fixture, aluminum material.

•2 How do you control the quality?
  Dear customer, we make whole process by own factory from mold, die casting, machining, stamping, powder coating and assembly, the trained inspector check the quality at each process to control at the first step.

•3.Do you do OEM? 


  Dear customer, yes, we do. We have been done OEM products since 1997, we have designer and engineer team, you just send us drawings or samples, we will make accordingly. 



•4.Do you accept small quantity for trial order?

 
  Dear customer, we accept small quantity for trial order to support your business.



•5.How is your delivery time ? 


  Dear customer, generally it is 30-40days, for urgent order, we will discuss detail.

•6.What is your payment terms ?


  Dear customer, we can accept :1. 30%T/T in advance , balance against the copy of B/L 2. L/C at sight



•7.Do you accept private label on product with your own logo?


  Dear customer, it is acceptable.

•8.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?


  Dear customer , MOQ of color box is 300pcs, if less than MOQ, we also can make it, but the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price or list additionally for you.
